3. If the event is cancelled before the start due to force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather, epidemic control, etc.), the organizing committee will fully refund the registration fee to the original payment account of the participant. The fees for ticket changes and refunds caused by cancellation of travel (such as airplanes, trains) shall be borne by the participants themselves. Please note and register carefully.
4. During the event period, if it is decided to interrupt or cancel due to force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather conditions or epidemic control), please arrange your return transportation (trains, flights) yourself. If there are any ticket change fees or refund fees incurred from train tickets or flight tickets, you shall bear them yourself. Please note and register carefully.

参赛防疫规定：
1、选手已完成全部剂次新冠疫苗接种（至少2剂次）；
2、签到时提供48小时内核酸检测报告（阴性）；
3、选手均来自低风险区，签到时需出示健康码和行程码（绿码），所有选手需要在3月27日中午12点前完成赛事签到；
4、落地及race中核酸政策：选手需在签到时、楚雄至大理转场前、大理至丽江转场前接受组委会安排的核酸检测（选手不需付费）；
5、闭环管理：所有全程参賽選手を應積極配合組委會制定的閉環管理要求，包括但不限於：全程入住組委會指定宾馆；轉場乘坐組委會統一安排的轉場車輛；應在下榻宾馆就餐;
6、高風險地區選手を不得參加本次活動。
7、高風險區域或有症狀者如無法按時進行賽前14天遠端健康監測和體溫報告將被拒絕報名。
特别风险提示：
1、本次活动取消或延期，由于不可抗力原因，如极端天气或其他不可预见因素影响导致无法举办，本活动将予以通知并退还全部费用。
2、本活動之後因突發事件而提早結束，如果由於不可抗力原因導致活動提早結束，本組織將依照當時情況給予相關補償。
