葱油Chicken Legs
材料:Chicken legs, green onions, ginger, garlic, pepper powder, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar (optional), chili oil and pickled mustard greens.
Step 1: Cut the chicken legs into bite-sized pieces and wash them clean. Then mix with a small amount of flour to coat evenly and rinse off any excess.
Step 2: In a bowl combine chicken pieces with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine and pepper powder. Mix well then set aside for marinating for about 15 minutes.
Step 3: Chop the green onions into segments while keeping the white part intact. Slice ginger and garlic into thin slices as well as cutting chili peppers and pickled mustard greens into rings.
