3. If the event is cancelled before it starts due to force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather, epidemic control, etc.), the organizing committee will fully refund the registration fee to the original payment account of the participant. The fees for ticket changes and refunds caused by cancellation of travel (such as airplanes and trains) shall be borne by the participants themselves. Please note and register carefully.
4. During the event, if the organizers decide to interrupt the race due to force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather, epidemic control, etc.), they will immediately terminate the competition. Participants should arrange their return transportation (trains and planes) on their own. If ticket change or refund fees are incurred, they shall be borne by participants themselves. Please note and register carefully.

参赛防疫规定
1、选手已完成全部剂次新冠疫苗接种（至少2剂次）；
2、签到时提供48小时内核酸检测报告（阴性）；
3、选手均来自低风险区，签到时需出示健康码和行程码（绿码），所有选手需要在3月27日中午12点前完成赛事签到；
4、落地及race中核酸政策：选手需在签到时、楚雄至大理转场前、大理至丽江转场前接受组委会安排的核酸检测（选手不需付费）；
5、高风险管理：全程入住组委会指定宾馆；转场乘坐组委会统一安排的转场车辆；应在下榻宾馆就餐;
6、高风险区域外来者入境后必须隔离14天以上。
7远端健康监测：要求所有参赛选手于3月12日至3月25日期间（即签到前14天）进行自我健康监测并每日上传身体健康状况打卡。
特别风险提示
1、本次活动因不可抗力原因可能被取消或推迟，请购买可更改或退款的机票和酒店预订。
2、本活动若因不可抗力原因被迫终止，将不会发放任何奖金。
