If the event is cancelled before it starts due to force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather, epidemic control, etc.), the organizing committee will fully refund the registration fee to the original payment account of the participant. The fees for ticket changes and refunds of transportation (planes, trains, etc.) caused by cancellation of events shall be borne by the participants themselves. Please be aware of this and choose your registration carefully.

4. During the event period, if the organizer decides to interrupt or cancel it due to force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather or epidemic control), they will immediately terminate the competition. Participants should arrange their own return transportation (trains, planes, etc.). Any ticket change fees or refund fees incurred shall be borne by participants themselves. Please be aware of this and choose your registration carefully.
