If the event is cancelled before it starts due to force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather, epidemic control, etc.), the organizing committee will fully refund the registration fee to the original payment account of the participant. The fees for ticket changes and refunds of transportation (airplanes, trains, etc.) caused by cancellation will be borne by the participant themselves. Please be aware of this and register carefully.

During the holding of the event, if it is decided by force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather or epidemic control) that competition should be interrupted, competition will be immediately terminated by organizers. Participants should arrange their own return transportation (trains or flights). Any ticket change or refund fees arising from this will also be borne by participants themselves. Please be aware of this and register carefully.

Registration Notice:

1、本次重启赛事仅设置四站全程长距离组500个参赛名额，不设置单站组。

2、官方合作伙伴Specialized将拥有100个定向招募名额，详情请咨询当地Specialized授权门店。

参赛防疫规定：

1、选手已完成全部剂次新冠疫苗接种（至少2剂次）；

2、签到时提供48小时内核酸检测报告（阴性）；

3、选手均来自低风险区，签到时需出示健康码和行程码（绿码），所有选手需要在3月27日中午12点前完成賽事签到；

4、高温检测：选手需在签到时及楚雄至大理转场前、大理至丽江转场前接受组委会安排的高温检测（选手不需付费）。

5闭环管理：所有全程参赛选手应积极配合组委会制定的闭环管理要求，包括但不限于：全程入住组委会指定宾馆；转场乘坐组委会统一安排的转场车辆；应在下榻宾馆就餐;

6海外及港澳台选手在中国入境（28天）以上；

7远端健康监测：要求所有参赛选客于3月12日至25日期间进行自我健康监测并每日上传身体健康状况打卡。通过电子竞技比赛手册中“健康状况打卡”小程序进行体温信息上报。完成了賽前14天远端健康检测的選客才能進行賽事簽到。

特别风险提示：

1报名后，如经核查不符合疫情防控要求，将拒绝参与，并不返还费用。

2因疫情原因无法参加，请参考退费规则申请退賽。

3若因不可抗力取消比赛，将全额退还注册费，但交通费用由自己承担。

4若比赛中断，由自己安排返程，并承担可能产生的费用。
