3. If the event is cancelled before the start due to force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather, epidemic control, etc.), the organizing committee will fully refund the registration fee to the original payment account of the participant. The fees for ticket changes and refunds caused by cancellation of travel (such as airplanes and trains) shall be borne by the participants themselves. Please note and register carefully.
4. During the event, if it is decided to interrupt the race due to force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather, epidemic control, etc.) by the organizer, competition will be immediately terminated. Participants should arrange their return transportation (trains or planes) themselves. If ticket change or refund fees are incurred, they shall be borne by participants themselves. Please note and register carefully.
