一. Finnish Travel Visa Essentials

Passport Requirements:

Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your return date.

It must have at least two blank visa pages, excluding the remarks page.

If you've had a passport replaced, provide the original old passport.

The passport should be in good condition without any damage or stains.

Photo Guidelines:

Provide two recent color photos taken within the last six months (35mm x 45mm).

The background should be white with a plain expression and no glasses or accessories.

Personal Documents:

Duplicate both sides of your ID card on an A4 sheet.

Include a copy of your household registration book and marriage certificate if applicable.

Proof of Financial Status:

Obtain bank statements showing transactions from the past six months, stamped by the bank.

Supplemental documents: copies of property certificates or vehicle registration records for you or your spouse.

Work Verification:

Obtain employment verification from your employer.

Get a copy of their business license and have it stamped by them.

Retirees can use their retirement certificate instead of work verification documents and business license copy.

Students need to provide an original school enrollment letter.

Travel Plans & Reservations:

Create an English itinerary plan that includes all travel details;

Attach flight orders and hotel reservations;

Purchase international medical insurance with coverage exceeding €30,000;

Provide public notarized proof of relationship with the host;

Include an invitation letter from the host in its original form mentioning accommodation arrangements;

Copy either front cover/signature pages/ Green Card pages (if applicable) from host's passport;
