3. If the event is cancelled before it starts due to force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather, epidemic control, etc.), the organizing committee will fully refund the registration fee to the original payment account of the participant. The cost of ticket refunds and changes for transportation (airplanes, trains, etc.) caused by the cancellation of the event shall be borne by the participants themselves. Please note this carefully and choose your registration wisely.
4. During the holding of the event, if it is decided by force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather, epidemic control, etc.) that race events are suspended or interrupted at any stage in advance or during competition time after commencement of racing activities without prior notice from organizers on scheduled dates/races; Participants must make their own arrangements for return travel (trains/flights). Any resulting ticket fees or change fees shall be borne by participants themselves. Please note this carefully and choose your registration wisely.
