DAY2:成都--瓦切塔林---九曲黄河第一湾---唐克镇;从成都出发途径米亚罗林区，探访佛教圣地瓦切塔林，傍晚时分抵达黄河九曲第一湾欣赏日落景色，晚上安顿于唐克镇。

DAY3:唐克镇--若尔盖草原腹地---花湖---河它温泉谷---扎尕那

从唐克出发前往若尔盖草原核心区域，再游览位于热尔大草原的地标性高原湖泊花湖；下午抵达扎尕那，这个被誉为“人间仙境”的地方，一夜留宿于扎尕那民宿中享受宁静。

DAY4:扎尕那--仙女滩--仙女湖--赛赤寺(甘肃寺)--郎木寺镇;

清晨启程前往迷人的仙女滩，然后步行40分钟到达神秘的仙女湖；上午结束后离开扎尕那，在下午时分抵达郎木寺镇，并参观当地著名的赛赤寺(甘肃寺)。夜幕低垂后，在郎木寺住宿以便第二天继续探索。

DAY5： 郎木寺镇--格尔底寺(四川)、纳摩大峡谷、阿万仓湿地、阿坝县

一早启程前往格尔底寺，然后穿越纳摩大峡谷徒步一段时间；下午向玛曲阿万仓湿地进发，并在傍晚前入住阿坝县内的一家酒店，为即将到来的新一天做好准备。

DAY6: 阿坝县—安斗寺—莲宝叶则—各莫 monastery —阿坂城

早晨开始探访古老而神圣的地方——安斗佛教遗址，上午深入莲宝叶则，让旅途中的每一个瞬间成为难忘回忆；随后返回至阿坂城进行最后一次休息和准备，以充满活力的状态迎接第七天的旅行计划。

DAY7：各莫 monastery — 成都市区

踏足各莫 monastery 后，将会发现这里不仅是一座历史悠久的地方，也是一个值得细心品味的人文景观。在此之后，我们将带着无尽的心灵触动和精彩旅程回到我们的故乡——成都市区。

GANZAN 7-DAY TRAVEL GUIDE

Gansu, aside from the popular northwest self-drive routes, boasts another gem that is often referred to as a paradise on earth – Gannan. Day 1:

Begin your journey in Chengdu if you are coming from afar. Spend the day exploring the city's culinary delights.

Day 2:

Drive to Wachetala Monastery through Miaoyao Forest Park and enjoy a sunset at Yellow River's First Bay in Tangke Town.

Day 3:

Head towards Yargant Grassland, Flower Lake, Heta Hot Springs Valley, and Zaga Na.

Explore the grasslands and lakes before reaching Zaga Na where you can experience nature's serenity overnight.

Day 4:

Visit Xianyu Beach and Xianyu Lake in Zaga Na before heading to Sace Temple (Gansu Temple) in Lankou Town. Stay overnight there.

Day 5:

From Lankou Town visit Gelati Monastery (Sichuan), Namo Canyon, Awan Wetland, then end up at Aba County.

Explore monasteries while enjoying stunning landscapes along the way.

Day 6:

In Aba County visit An Du Temple then continue to Liabo Yezele where you will spend time taking memories home with you.

Return back to Aba City for rest before Day 7's adventure begins again!
